In the Dairy and Beverage industries needs for replacing carmine and to become vegan can be met. And in the Meat Industry, Natu.Red® allows to replacing nitrite (due to regulation).
Sustainly.Red® is also pH and heat-stable which makes it adaptable to different applications and production methods. It has already been tested in textile applications in which it proved to be superior to washing, rubbing and preparation fastness.
